We provide our services either directly to the foreign investors or indirectly through servicing the local asset management company that serves the foreign investor and as part of its service is responsible for providing adequate financial reporting to the foreign investors.
A typical financial reporting package includes quarterly financial statements prepared using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) which is different in many aspects from the financial statements prepared using United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
Our service entails receiving the quarterly financial statements prepared using US GAAP and converting them to financial statements prepared using IFRS including all necessary disclosures while addressing the specific requests of the foreign investor.
We have the experience, expertise and resources to provide a high quality product in the short time frame that the foreign investor is constrained to, being a public company that is subject to quarterly fillings deadlines.
